အသင်းဝင်ခွင့်ရှိသူများနှင့်ခံစားခွင့်များ

အသင်းဝင်ခွင့်ရှိသူများ

အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ တစ်ဦးခြင်းပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်း အဖွဲ့ချုပ်တွင် အသင်းသားအဖြစ် လျှောက်ထားပါဝင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် အမည်ပျက်စာရင်း တင်သွင်း ခံထားရသည့် အသင်းအဖွဲ့၊ လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များနှင့် လူမွဲအဖြစ် ကြေညာခံထားရသူများ မဖြစ်စေရပါ။

(က) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကုမ္ပဏီများဥပဒေအရ ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ထောင်ထားပြီး ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်း များ၊ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ဆက်စပ်နေသော လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် ပြည်တွင်း ၊ ပြည်ပကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ ဖက်စပ်ကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် အစုစပ်လုပ်ငန်းများ၊

(ခ) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းဥပ‌‌ဒေအရ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းများလုပ်ဆောင်ရန် လိုင်စင်ရရှိထားသော လုပ်ငန်းရှင်တစ်ဦးချင်းပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ၊

(ဂ) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်နေသော ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်း ဆက်စပ်နေ သည့် နိုင်ငံခြားကုမ္ပဏီရုံးခွဲများနှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားအသင်းအဖွဲ့များ၊

(ဃ) ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူအတတ်ပညာရှင်နှင့် အသိပညာရှင် မြန်မာ နိုင်ငံသားများ၊

(င) တရားဝင်မှတ်ပုံတင်လိုင်စင်ရရှိထားသော ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုခုတွင် တာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်နေသည့် တစ်ဦးချင်းပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ၊

(စ) အသင်းသားအဖြစ်လျှောက်ထားသူတစ်ဦးချင်းပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များသည်အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ ကန့်သတ်ချက်များနှင့် ငြိစွန်းသူများမဖြစ်စေရ။

(၁) အသက် ၁၈ နှစ်မပြည့်သေးသူ၊

(၂) စိတ်ပေါ့သွပ်၊ ရူးနှမ်းနေသူ၊

(၃) ဘာသာတစ်ခုခု၏ သာသနာ့ဘောင်သို့အပြီးဝင်ထားသူ၊

(၄) အကျင့်စာရိတ္တဆိုင်ရာ ပြစ်မှုအရကျူးလွန်၍ တရားရုံးမှပြစ်ဒဏ် ချမှတ်ခံ

ထားရသူ။

အသင်းသားများ၏အခွင့်အရေး

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့ချုပ်၏ အသင်းသားများအနေဖြင့် အောက်ပါအခွင့် အရေးများ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

(က) အသင်းဝင်ကြေးနှင့် နှစ်စဥ်ကြေးအကြေပေးသွင်းပြီးသည့် ရိုးရိုးအသင်းသား၊ ရာသက်ပန် အသင်းသား၊ ညီနောင်အသင်း၏ ကိုယ်စားပြုအသင်းသားများသည် ‌ရွေးချယ်ခံနိုင်ခွင့်နှင့် ဆန္ဒမဲပေးခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(ခ) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှ ဖိတ်ကြားထားသော အစည်းအဝေးများ၊ ဆွေးနွေး ပွဲများ၊ ဟောပြောပွဲများ နှင့် အခမ်းအနားများသို့ တက်‌ရောက်ဆွေးနွေး ခွင့်၊ အဆိုပြုခွင့်၊ ကန့်ကွက်ခွင့်နှင့် မဲဆန္ဒ ပေးခွင့်ရှိသည်။ (မိတ်ဖက်အသင်းသား များနှင့် ဂုဏ်ထူးဆောင် အသင်းသားများ မဲပေးခွင့် မရှိပါ။)

(ဂ) အသင်းသားများသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားကဏ္ဍဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် မိမိတို့ လုပ်ဆောင်လိုသည့်အစီစဥ်များနှင့် အကြံဥာဏ်များကို ဗဟိုအလုပ် အမှုဆောင်အဖွဲ့မှ တဆင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာများသို့ တင်ပြခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(ဃ) အဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှ အခါအားလျော်စွာ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ၊ စာအုပ်စာတမ်းများကို ရယူခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(င) ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပ အခမ်းအနားများ၊ ပြပွဲများ၊ သင်တန်းများ၊ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ များ၊ အစည်းအဝေးများအတွက် အဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှ ဖိတ်ကြားလာပါက အသင်းသားများ အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ သိရှိခွင့်ရှိသည်။ လိုအပ်၍ အဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှ ‌ရွေးချယ်စေလွှတ်ပါက အဆိုပါဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ အခမ်းအနားများ၊ သင်တန်းများ၊ ခရီးသွားပြပွဲများ၊ ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပခရီးစဥ်များ တက်‌‌‌ရောက်ခွင့်၊ လိုက်ပါခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(စ) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းဥပဒေအရ ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသော ကော်မတီ(၃)ရပ်တွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(ဆ) အဖွဲ့ချုပ်၏ သတ်မှတ်ပြဌာန်းချက်များနှင့်အညီ လုပ်ငန်းကော်မတီများ၊ ဆပ် ကော်မတီများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့များတွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(ဇ) အဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှ ဦးဆောင်ဦးရွက်ပြု၍ ကျင်းပသည့် အထိမ်းအမှတ်ပွဲများ၊ အခမ်းအနား များ နှင့် သင်တန်းများအပါဝင်၊ လှုပ်ရှားမှုအစီစဥ်အားလုံးတွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(စျ) အသင်းဝင်၊ အသင်းသားအချင်းချင်း၊ ပြဿနာတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပါက ရှင်းလင်း ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန် အဖွဲ့ချုပ်အား တင်ပြနိုင်သည်။

(ည) မဲပေးပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသော အသင်းသားတစ်ဦးသည် မဲဆန္ဒပေးပွဲ တစ်ကြိမ်လျှင် ဆန္ဒမဲ တစ်မဲ ပေးခွင့်ရှိသည်။

(ဋ) ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာပြပွဲများတက်ရောက်ရန်နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးကိစ္စများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်အတွက် နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်သက်တမ်းတိုးရန် လိုအပ်ပါက Green Channel ဖြင့် သက်တမ်းတိုးနိုင်ရေး အကောင်းဆုံးကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးမည်။

Qualification of Membership

The following associations, companies and individuals have the right to apply for membership. However, blacklisted association or individuals and insolvents are not allowed.

(a) Associations which are working in the national level tourism enterprise and tourism related businesses and are registered under the Registration of the Association Law

(b) Local and foreign companies, joint ventures and partnerships which are performing the tourism enterprise and tourism related businesses and registered under the Myanmar Companies Law

(d) Foreign branches and associations which carry out the tourism enterprise in Myanmar

(e) Myanmar citizens who are experts in tourism enterprise

(f) Individual who has been working in licensed tourism enterprise

(g) The following qualifications are required of the Members.

(a) must not be under 18.

(b) must not be unsound mind

Member Benefits

The benefits of the members are as follow;

(a) Ordinary members, life members and representatives from the sister association have the right to elect and vote after the payment of admission and annual fee.

(b) Member has the right to attend, discuss, object and vote in the meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences and tourism related events invited by the Federation. (Associated Member and Honorable member do not have the right to vote.)

(c) Member can submit the plan and ideas for the development of Myanmar tourism to the relevant through the Central Executive Committee.

(d) Members can take the information and printings occasionally issued by the Federation.

(e) Member has the right to be invited on time International and Regional Grand Events, Conferences, Trainings, Exhibitions, Workshops, Seminars and Meetings by the Federation and has the opportunity to participate upon MTF’s nomination and designation as deemed necessary.

(f) Has the right to participate in (3) committees these are formed according to Myanmar Tourism Law (2018)

(g) Member has the right to belong in the working committees, sub-committees and working groups in compliance with the stipulations of the Federation.

(h) Member has the right to participate in all MTF hosted commemorative events, ceremonies, trainings and events.

(i) If there’s any conflict of interests among the members, members can report to the Federation for settlement.

(j) Each voting member shall be entitled to one voting right at any election.

(k) In case of a member in need to renew his/her passport for the purpose of attending tourism-related exhibitions or for health issues, the Federation to try its best to assist by means of Green Channel.
