MTF is developing the Tada Oo Project through the Myanma Tourism Development Public Company. This is a new town development 30 minutes from Mandalay, the second largest commercial city in Myanmar. The project will feature areas for residential, commercial and serviced apartments, hotel development, condominiums, an entertainment zone and handicrafts village.

  1. MIC Permit:

MTDC has MIC approval (Permit No.281/2020) to start Phase-1 on 484.39 acres. (With reference to Section 141 and Section 142 of the Myanmar Investment Rules, the construction/ maintenance period is extendible 2 times i.e 50% of the permitted period)

  1. Master Plan:

Modalities of Investment  on the 1032.78 acres Master Plan approved by MIC:

Phase -1 ( 484.39 acres ), Phase -2 ( 336.12 acres ) and Phase -3 ( 212.27 acres ) includes investments on the following:

  • SME Industrial Zone (Manufacturing, Labour Intensive Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, Service and others)
