MTF is developing the Tada Oo Project through the Myanma Tourism Development Public Company. This is a new town development 30 minutes from Mandalay, the second largest commercial city in Myanmar. The project will feature areas for residential, commercial and serviced apartments, hotel development, condominiums, an entertainment zone and handicrafts village.

Phase -1 ( 484.39 acres ), Phase -2 ( 336.12 acres ) and Phase -3 ( 212.27 acres ) includes investments on the following:
